Conditions for Returns
- General Returns: You can return a product within 30 days of receiving your order if you’re not satisfied for any reason. The product must be new.
- Quality Problems: Returns are also accepted within 30 days if the product has defects or quality issues. For these returns, additional steps are required (see below).

- Options for Quality Issues: If returning due to quality problems, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. For general dissatisfaction, only a refund is available.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for all returns.
